Since 1983, Peppi’s has been serving great subs to Pittsburghers and beyond. In the early ’80s, Jim “Big Tree” Trebac, toured the east coast sampling the many sub joints from Philly and up and down the Jersey Shore.  He soon decided he wanted to open a shop on the North Side of Pittsburgh in Allegheny West.  The key, he discovered, was the bread, which is made by an area staple called Mancini’s.  Fresh baked bread, fresh ingredients and service with a smile are the keys to success.  Over thirty years later, we continue this tradition at our three locations.  We hope to sub you soon!
